Stamping systems and presses

Fagor Arrasate is a world reference in the design and manufacturing of Presses and Stamping Systems. We have the technological capacity and the know-how to supply presses from 630 KN up to 150,000 KN, using mechanical, hydraulic or the most updated servodriven technology depending on the needs of our customers.

We are also especially qualified to provide complete stamping systems including not only the press but also all the necessary peripherals, such as feeding lines, transfers, robotization, dies, etc. Thus, we can provide our customers with integrated and tested turnkey solutions.

Cutting, finishing and processing lines

Fagor Arrasate is a world specialist in the design and manufacturing of cutting lines for processing coils with widths of up to 2,500 mm and thicknesses of between 0.05 mm and 30 mm., and weights up to 50,000 Kg. Fagor Arrasate also produces installations to process blanks.

We are especially qualified to provide complete cutting and processing systems; not only the line but also all the necessary peripherals, such as stackers, coil handling, automatic banding, robotization, etc. Thus, we can provide our customers with integrated and tested turnkey solutions.

Lines and equipment for processing metal parts

Fagor Arrasate is a world specialist in the design, assembly and adjustment of machines, lines and equipment for the manufacture of parts for household electrical appliances, metal furniture and construction.

Fagor designs, installs and regulates all types of machines, lines and equipment specializing in the manufacture of parts for refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, cookers, small household appliances, etc., and also for special parts for metal furniture, construction, the electrical industry, etc. For all of this Fagor integrates different punching, folding, profiling, welding, clinch fastening and other technologies, together with their corresponding automatisms.

We are also especially qualified to provide complete systems; not only the line which manufactures the part but also all the necessary peripherals (stackers, handling and assembly, robotization, clinching, etc.). Thus, we can provide our customers with turnkey solutions for technical parts, including assembly and final preparation.
