Leeco Steel announces sales promotions to support its processing business and overall company growth.
Bob Bartley (above) and Pat Pennington (below) were both promoted to Regional Sales Manager – Processing, effective October 1, 2024. In their roles, Mr. Bartley and Mr. Pennington will work closely to lead efforts to expand Leeco’s plate processing business. Mr. Bartley’s region includes the eastern, Midwest and southeastern United States. Mr. Pennington’s region includes northern, southern and western United States and Canada.

And Aaron Flaherty as Sales Manager, Houston (below), effective October 1, 2024.

Mr. Bartley joined Leeco in 2011 as a Sales Representative based in Leeco’s Pittsburgh-area sales office. Since then, he’s advanced into various sales leadership roles, most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager, East and Central.
“Pat has already been very instrumental at growing our business to where we are today,” said Andy Polka, Director of Processing – Commercial at Leeco Steel. “With his leadership, we anticipate sustained growth and success for Leeco’s processing team.”
Mr. Pennington began his career as a Sales Representative at Leeco’s Houston sales office in 2015 and has since advanced into several leadership roles, serving most recently as National Sales Manager – Commercial.
In addition to Mr. Bartley and Mr. Pennington’s promotions, Leeco promoted Aaron Flaherty to Sales Manager, Houston, effective October 1, 2024. In his new role, he will manage a team that will serve customers in and around Houston.
“Aaron brings a wealth of experience managing key customer accounts in the Houston region, which gives him a profound insight into the market and the specific needs of our clients,” said John Purcell, Vice President, Sales at Leeco Steel. “With a diverse customer base in the Houston market, Aaron’s expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving Leeco’s growth in this region.”
Mr. Flaherty began his career with Leeco in 2018 as a Sales Representative at Leeco’s Houston sales office. He was promoted to Account Manager in 2023 and served key Leeco accounts throughout Texas.
