Above: AIDA DSF-C1-1500A, 150-ton gap frame servo press, will demonstrate optimized slide motion profiles at FABTECH 2026, booth S18000
AIDA-America and HMS Products will exhibit advanced, industry-leading servo press, feed line, and transfer system technology in booth S18000 at FABTECH 2026.
Two AIDA servo presses, a Dallas servo feed line, and multiple HMS transfer system components will be on display at this year’s show, to be held October 21st through 23rd at Las Vegas Convention Center, Nevada.
AIDA-America and Dallas Industries will partner with Pax Products, Inc. and Roemheld to demonstrate a 200-ton straightside servo press as part of a full progressive die production line. Watch this line stamp parts live on the show floor. The Dallas conventional servo feed line introduces Dallas’ new DPS-250 modular powered, cabinet mounted straightener, featuring a total NEWS RELEASE AAC-F-ADM-04-F of seven 2.5-inch diameter straightener rolls, a 3.5-inch diameter entry pinch roll set, and laser loop control. This cost-effective design is well-suited for a wide range of light-to-medium-gauge materials in both cosmetic and non-cosmetic applications. In addition to the new DPS-250 modular powered straightener, this Dallas line features:
• Uncoiler with 6,000 pounds capacity • Coil restrictor (hold down arm)
• Cabinet mounted servo feed • Allen-Bradley controls platform with cam-motion feeding profile
The two-point, direct drive DSF-N2-AB AIDA servo press showcases AIDA’s exclusive Allen-Bradley servo control system, locally developed, manufactured, and supported by a team of AIDA Controls Engineers based in Dayton, OH. Standard control system features include:
• User friendly swing-arm mounted 12-inch color touch screen HMI
• Optical run buttons for ease of use
• Hand-held step-feed (CNC handwheel) slide motion control for reduced set-up time
Like all AIDA servo presses, the DSF-N2-3000AB press includes an AIDA designed and built, low speed, high torque servo motor manufactured specifically for stamping press applications. It combines the rigidity of a unitized frame with the flexibility of freely programmable servo motion. DSF-N2-AB Series presses are offered in 200- and 300-ton models. Additional standard DSF-N2-AB features are:
• NEMA 13 rated floor-standing cabinets with flexible placement options
• Pneumatic safety brake integrated with safety controller, providing additional redundant layer of safety
• Full-length, 6-point slide guide system, easily set to maintain slide to bolster parallelism
• Recirculating oil lubrication system that delivers metered amounts of clean oil to all bearing points
A 150-ton AIDA DSF-C1-A gap frame servo press will run several optimized slide motion profiles that are only achievable on a servo press. Discover how these profiles solve stamping challenges. This single point servo press also includes AIDA’s exclusive Allen-Bradley control with many of the same features noted in the above DSF-N2-AB control system. DSF-C1-A Series presses are offered in a range of tonnages from 80 to 250. Additional highlights include:
• Newest servo motor with 5-10% higher speeds than previous generation
• Capacitor-based Energy Conservation and Optimization (ECO) system that reduces peak energy draw
• State-of-the-art Electronic Over Load Protection (EOLP) system that monitors applied torque throughout the entire stroke to prevent overloading
HMS will showcase advanced engineering solutions for automated stamping processes, including manufactured structural component examples, custom automation solutions for all stamping processes, and live demonstrations of on-machine optimization software. An interactive tri-axis transfer module with customer / process specific profile generation capabilities will be demonstrated and integrated with a transfer control console, Allen-Bradley servo press control, and virtual press featuring:
• 3-Axis motion hardware
• Full custom part profile programmability
• Complete display of transfer capabilities
• Integrated transfer profile optimization software
