BLM GROUP, a global leader in the manufacture of tube and flat sheet processing solutions, is pleased to share that FABTECH 2024 in Orlando resulted in a high volume of sales and new customers for the company. A highlight included the sale of three of the company’s LS7 Sheet Laser machines, which are newly available with 20-kW capacity. This increased laser power improves productivity by providing high-quality cuts at higher speeds.
“We always look to FABTECH as a strong sales avenue for our equipment, however, this year was also exceptional in bringing new customers to us,” commented Gunar Gossard, BLM GROUP sales director. “Plus, it was gratifying to have success across both our flat sheet and tube systems, and I appreciate the work our team put into this show to showcase our breadth of equipment.”
In addition to the LS7 sheet lasers, BLM GROUP also sold multiple LS5 Sheet Lasers for fiber-laser sheet metal cutting as well as numerous Tube Lasers from their product family of fully automated solutions for fast production tube laser cutting.
Other highlights from the company’s tube fabricating equipment include the sale of four CNC Tube Benders. These include an E-TURN40 and E-TURN52 for in-process right- and left-hand bends, as well as an ELECT80 for right- or left-hand variable radius bends. A SMART Tube Bender was the last of the sales in this category, providing high-production capacity for complex shapes with small to medium diameter tubes.
