Fabricators looking to enhance rolling precision, improve repeatability and automate their production will experience it in real time with Davi's latest plate rolling technology on display at FABTECH 2026. In booth #C3010, the company will conduct live demonstrations of its MCE e-POWER all-electric plate rolling machine and MCB 4-roll plate rolling machine, and will feature the MCP angle rolling machine with a pre-bent workpiece from October 21-23 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The all-electric MCE e-POWER plate rolling machine delivers a positioning accuracy of five-hundredths for high-tolerance rolling applications, compared to the typical one-tenth precision of conventional machines. By eliminating hydraulic fluid and hydraulic control units, the MCE e-POWER supports manufacturers' ESG initiatives through reduced energy consumption, lower maintenance requirements and the elimination of hydraulic oil. Its all-electric design also provides highly repeatable performance and quieter operation, while enabling simultaneous movement of multiple axes and the execution of multiple tasks at once for greater productivity.
At the show, the MCE e-POWER will be equipped with the company’s iRoll eXtreme CNC control system for simplified operation; the AI-Vision laser-based radius measurement system for greater rolling accuracy starting from the first part; and overhead and side supports for fully automated material handling and process control. MCE, iRoll eXtreme and AI-Vision unlocks Autorolling, the first truly self-functioning plate rolling system.
For profile and angle rolling applications, Davi will have an MCP 3-roll angle rolling machine. Ideal for generating a wide variety of profiles, including angles, channels, beams, tubes and pipes, the MCP delivers accuracy and repeatability through independent movement of the side rolls. Its double pinch design reduces material handling requirements and allows operators to achieve tight radii and complex bends with greater efficiency, making it well-suited for structural fabrication, architectural applications and heavy industrial manufacturing.
For medium-duty plate rolling applications, Davi will feature its MCB 4-roll plate rolling machine, equipped with a full line of accessories. Engineered to pre-bend and roll material within a single setup, the MCB reduces handling time while improving overall accuracy and repeatability. Its 4-roll design provides operators with greater control to consistently produce high-quality cylindrical and complex rolled components across a broad range of material thicknesses.
