Davi, Inc. will showcase its all-electric plate rolling technology at FABTECH Canada from June 9-11, 2026 at the Toronto Congress Centre in booth #2083, Hall DE.
Visitors to the Davi booth will experience a live demonstration of the company’s MCE e-POWER all-electric plate rolling machine that provides manufacturers in high-tolerance processes positioning accuracy of five hundredths, compared to the typical one-tenth precision of other machines. Because there is no hydraulic fluid to push through the system, the MCE e-POWER provides simultaneous movements across multiple axes and executes multiple tasks concurrently.
With its design, the MCE e-POWER also minimizes the need for human intervention and eliminates points of leakage commonly found in traditional hydraulic plate rolling machines, which translates into improved reliability and increased uptime. The absence of hydraulic control units significantly contributes to MCE e-POWER’s small footprint and makes it more space-efficient to conserve valuable production floor space. The compact design of the MCE e-POWER also makes for easy integration into various production settings.
In its distributor’s booth, Cascade Capital Machine (booth #3051), Davi will feature the MCA 4-roll plate rolling machine. The MCA 4-roll is over 2 meters (6.56 ft.) long for precise and repeatable rolling capacity across thin plate applications. The machine is designed for increased efficiency and features advanced automation, easy-to-use controls and the ability to pre-bend and roll in a single setup, which allows fabricators to reduce handling time while achieving consistent, high-quality results.
