Bystronic Inc., a leader in the Metal Fabrication Equipment Industry is excited to highlight its successful participation in the 2025 FABTECH trade show. The show provided an exceptional platform for Bystronic to connect with industry leaders, potential clients, customers, and media personnel. Attendance was impressive at 42,000 visitors this year, with strong engagement at the Bystronic booth across machine and software displays.
Along with over 30 years of experience and a track record of quality in manufacturing machine products, Bystronic is committed to world-class customer service. Demonstrating our dedication to supporting customers throughout the life of their business, Bystronic unveiled the new Bystronic Customer Portal. The portal provides customers with access to a variety of tools, resources, and support for their machines, while offering enhanced efficiency, transparency, and convenience.
Bystronic also presented several product innovations at FABTECH 2025. A highlight was the ByCut 3015, featuring an impressive 20 kW laser power. The ByCut also includes a standout countersink feature that creates precise conical recesses for flat-head screws and fasteners. This ensures fasteners sit flush, enhancing both the fit and the overall appearance of the final product, which can save time and reduce post-processing steps. The ByCut was displayed alongside the ByLoader FLEX, an automated loading and unloading system designed to maximize production capabilities.
Bystronic extended its showcase to include tube laser and bending systems, demonstrating a full spectrum of automation and precision. A key system in this category was the ByTube Star 130, an automated tube laser system that sets new standards for efficiency, flexibility, and precision, transforming tube and profile cutting into a smooth, highly productive workflow. Bystronic also presented its renowned bending solutions, including the ByBend Star 80 with the ByCell Bend Star M, which automates the bending process to improve speed and accuracy. Additionally, we exhibited the Xpert Pro 150 series, a high-performance press brake that enables accurate, consistent metal bending and features a modular design for tailored configurations to meet a variety of production needs.
Rounding out the solutions on display, FABTECH attendees had the opportunity to explore the BySoft Suite Software, a powerful modular ecosystem that manages orders from quote to final delivery, enabling a step-by-step approach to an end-to-end fabrication solution.
