New Literature Features Automated Smart Controls Orbital Wrapping Machines

Entitled, “TAB Wrapper Tornado Orbital Wrapping: Automate with Smart Controls,” the informative brochure details how the patented technology enables a single worker to automatically stretch wrap pallet loads in 30 seconds or less using a remote control while seated inside a forklift. Cumbersome, time- and labor-intensive, manual pallet wrapping that may require three workers and upwards of a half hour per pallet load is eliminated in favor of a faster, safer approach that also resolves challenges in staffing.

Updated to highlight the Smart Controls models, which sparked a 180 percent increase in orbital wrapper sales in 2023, the latest literature presents the automated stretch wrapper in action wrapping pallet loads of laser cut metal parts on a standard pallet and long, metal profiles on a custom-length pallet. Optional upgrades such as automated safety scanners, caster brackets, dual film roll dispensing, and wireless operation are also described, along with the company's 5-year warranty.
