The 403 Series 4-roll double pinch plate bending machine is a very efficient plate roll for production of cylinder or cone shaped work pieces. With a 4 roll you can achieve minimal flats of only 1-1/2 - 2 x material thickness on the leading and trailing edges in a single pass cutting production time in half over a 3 roll counterpart. Also the 4 roll gives you an option of adding the 4R-AP CNC control with 1,000 part storage giving you all the automation that you need. We can also incorporate this into a rolling cell with vacuum platforms, infeed tables, overhead supports, ejectors etc. making this a versatile option for all industries.
