Waiward Steel selects SmartTCP to automate structural steel welding processes
September 2009 - SmartTCP Inc. has been chosen by Waiward Steel Fabricators Ltd., Edmonton, Alberta, to automate the company's structural steel welding process. The robotic welding solution is specific to steel fabrication, and it will automate both the robot programming and the weld production of Waiward's high volume of one-off and small-batch parts.
