Devised to promote basic, on-site maintenance of its TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital wrapping machines, the new preventative maintenance kits offer replacement wear parts delivered pre-assembled and pre-packaged in one, convenient box. The kits provide the exact components and/or sub-assemblies required to replace the drive wheel assembly, automated cut and wrap device, automated exhaust blower, and stretch wrap roll dispensing unit, among others. By keeping the appropriate kits on hand, performing periodic wear part replacement as recommended in the operator's manual moves fast, easily, and safely while unplanned downtime may be avoided.

Developed for all of the orbital wrapping machine models, the preventative maintenance kits feature genuine TAB Wrapper Tornado parts manufactured at the company's Reading, Pa. headquarters to their original design specifications to assure the fit, quality, and longevity. The kits are stocked at the company's headquarters and typically available for immediate delivery.

The new maintenance kits are to be unveiled at FABTECH booth #A-5142 in Chicago, Ill. on Sept. 11, 2023 with the latest TAB Wrapper Tornado orbital stretch wrapper model. The patented pallet wrapping machines automatically apply stretch wrap 360 degrees around and under a pallet and load to create a stable, secure, unitized load in one minute or less.
