November 2, 2017 - BENZ, a technological leader for the production of sophisticated CNC tooling for the metal, wood, and composites industries, has announced that it has named Brian Krin (pictured) its new Southeast Regional Sales Manager for metal tooling.

“BENZ is very excited about adding Brian Krin to our sales team,” said John Rosa, National Sales Manager, Metal Division, BENZ Inc. “His extensive manufacturing and industrial distribution experience will be an asset to helping BENZ’s customers find new ways to build their businesses by increasing their productivity and profitability.”

Brian first began working in the machine tool industry at the age of 15, operating screw machines, then advanced to become a journeyman toolmaker machining aircraft alloys, fixtures, dies and repairs. After his training in manufacturing, Brian accepted an inside sales position, followed by 15 years in outside sales with American Tool Supply. He then joined B&F Machine in New Britain, Connecticut, where he managed purchasing, bought tooling and capital equipment, initiated a vending program and negotiated contracts for material and shipping. Immediately prior to joining BENZ, Brian relocated to the southeast where he developed new territory for a local industrial distributor organization.
