July/August 2011 - Arku Systems used the Arku FlatMaster 80 at the company’s Cincinnati leveling center for a client with deformed diamond plate sheets ranging in thickness from 5/64 in. thick up to 1/2 in. thick. The sheet was more than 6 in. out of flatness, and the Arku FlatMaster 80 produced a flatness result of less than 1/32 in. over the entire length.
