John Bates Sr., retired Owner, President, and Chairman of the Board of Heidtman Steel, passed away Thursday, February 19th. A visionary steel executive, he dedicated 60 years to the company and the industry. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, February 27th, from 2–6 PM at the Toledo Club in Toledo, OH.
