CERATIZIT announced that Christa Scott has joined the company as the Customer Service Manager for the U.S. and Canada to support CERATIZIT cutting tool customers with proactive top-tier service and reliable support.
Based out of the company’s North American headquarters in Charlotte, N.C., Scott brings 23 years of metal cutting operations experience to her role at CERATIZIT. Throughout her career, she has held positions in customer service, team leadership, quality, ERP implementation, training, and global business process management. As Customer Service Manager, Scott will focus on building strong relationships inside and outside CERATIZIT while motivating her team to deliver responsive, dependable service and support to manufacturers across North America.

Scott holds a bachelor's degree in Operations and has completed professional training in leadership, project management and ISO standards.
