Peets balances deep technical expertise with solid business acumen to ensure success in this leadership role
After years of success serving as a Business Development Leader, Aaron Peets is taking on expanded responsibilities with his promotion to Mountain Regional Director at Beckhoff USA. Peets reports to Jake Schieffer, Vice President of Sales, Beckhoff USA and will absorb part of Regional Director, Joe Martin’s territory. Martin will continue to lead the Southwest Region at Beckhoff USA as part of a phased retirement plan that ensures smooth transitions for his teams and customers.
Peets has worked diligently to win new business and grow market share during his tenure at Beckhoff, serving as a Business Development Leader for both the Mountain and South Regions prior to becoming the Mountain Region team’s sales director. He has also been deeply involved in strategic sales prospecting initiatives at Beckhoff USA.
“Aaron brings a strong combination of technical expertise, commercial judgment, and customer-focused leadership to this role,” says Schieffer. “He has a deep understanding of the Mountain Region and a proven ability to build trusted relationships, develop teams, and create sustainable growth. With over 22 years of experience in industrial automation, Peets has developed a broad range of abilities that span technical, management, and sales disciplines. His strong customer focus has been instrumental in building relationships with both regional engineering teams and key accounts across many industries, including packaging, printing, plastics, robotics, and CNC machinery.Prior to joining Beckhoff, Peets held multiple positions during his long tenure at B&R Industrial Automation, including both engineering and account management roles.
