The user-friendly NC control system allows operators to easily set and monitor piston stroke values and store up to 100 custom work cycles, each with up to six steps per cycle. A manual/automatic operation selector and electric foot pedals provide smooth, precise piston movement for optimal control and safety.
Each HB-31 press is equipped with a complete tooling package, including a V-matrix die, matching V-die, resistance pins, and a manual back gauge — ensuring shops are ready to start working right out of the box.
