American Weldquip is an American manufacturer of MIG Guns and Robotic Torches as well as related accessories. Associated Equipment Company is the parent company of Profax in Pearland, Texas. Profax is an American manufacturer of torches for MIG, TIG, Flux Cored, Sub-Arc, and Arc Gouging as well as Positioning Equipment and other welding products. Operations, Sales and Management for American Weldquip will remain in Ohio.
