The mill and its assets were purchased from Outokumpu by the millʼs current management team and a private equity company, DʼOrazio Capital Partners, LLC. The new company will operate under the name New Castle Stainless Plate, LLC and will be based in New Castle, Indiana. The sale was effective at midnight on January 24, 2017.
