Hunter Coe appointed Chief Executive Officer of COE Press Equipment

coe-9-12-17.jpgSeptember 12, 2017 - COE Press Equipment has announced the appointment of Hunter Coe (pictured) to CEO, succeeding his father John Coe, who has now advanced to Chairman of the Board. As CEO, Hunter will help establish the company’s strategic direction and work with the executive team to ensure the company’s continuing success.

COE Press Equipment has announced the appointment of Hunter Coe to CEO, succeeding his father John Coe, who has now advanced to Chairman of the Board.  As CEO, Hunter will help establish the company’s strategic direction and work with the executive team to ensure the company’s continuing success.

“We have grown greatly over the past few years, and have adjusted our executive team as needed to best manage this business” said Chairman John Coe, “During his tenure, Hunter has proven his leadership ability through relationship-building and expanding our reach into new markets. We believe his vision combined with the support of our seasoned executive team will lead COE into the future and ensure our leadership position in the coil processing industry.”

COE Press Equipment is a family-owned business that was originally established by John Coe in 1976. In 2008, after working in the automotive dealership world, Hunter Coe joined the company as part of the Assembly Team. From there, he moved to the Service Team to work on rebuilds and new lines commissioning. He then became a Regional Sales Manager and in 2013, under his direction, the company began a Cut-to-Length business unit to expand into new markets. In 2015, Hunter was named company president.

Hunter Coe is a member of The Fabricator & Manufacturer's Association (FMA) and the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). He lives in Rochester, Mich., with his wife and daughter.

COE Press Equipment designs and manufactures a complete line of premiere coil handling and servo roll feed equipment from stand-alone roll feeds, straighteners, reels, cradles and air feeds to complete integrated feed systems and cut-to-length lines.
