Lincoln Electric elects senior vice president for marketing and development





February 2010 - Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. promoted Richard J. Seif to senior vice president of global marketing and product development. Seif's previous title was Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Automation. In his new position, he'll be responsible for directing international product strategy and development programs worldwide. Seif has been with Lincoln Electric for 39 years.
